How we make the art
Furframe is a small, automated studio. Here is every step between your photo and the box on your doorstep.
1. Your photo stays the source
Every piece starts from the photo you upload. We do not use stock animals or reuse other customers' pets. Your upload is stored only to make and fulfil your order (see Privacy).
2. The style is AI-assisted
The portrait styles (Royal Court, Watercolor, Graphite and the rest) are generated by an image AI model guided by a fixed style prompt that tells it to keep your pet's real face, markings and eye colour. A person does not hand-paint each portrait. We say this plainly because you should know what you are buying.
3. You approve the preview before paying
The studio shows the styled portrait before checkout. That preview is the file we print. If the likeness is off, try another photo or style — it costs nothing until you pay.
4. A print partner makes the physical piece
Canvas, mugs, pillows, blankets and tumblers are produced on demand by established print partners through Printify, then shipped directly to you. We format the file to each product's print area so the face is never cropped by the wrap or the canvas edge.
5. Guides and gift pages
Our guides are written to help you pick a photo and a product. They are drafted with AI assistance; if you spot an error, email us and we will correct it. Prices and shipping on every page come from the same server-side catalog used at checkout.
