Shipping

We ship physical Furframe pieces within the United States. Flat-rate US shipping is $5.99 until your shippable subtotal reaches $80, then shipping is free for that order.

Production usually starts within one business day of payment. Print and transit times vary by product and carrier — typically several business days at the printer, then USPS or similar to your door. We email tracking when the package leaves the printer. We do not ship physical pieces outside the United States right now.

Instant Portrait is a digital download. It does not require a shipping address and is not charged shipping.

If a package arrives damaged, see our FAQ and Terms for the 30-day remake window, or email hello@furframe.pet.
